WHY IVSCHOOL? Islamic legislation came with all that would guide and benefit us; and it did not leave any area or subject without instructing or guiding us about it in the very best manner. It came to bring about goodness and prosperity to people in their communities; and children are a vital part of our community. Islamic legislation takes great interest in and attaches great importance to children, and many rulings, etiquettes and instructions were laid down concerning them.  Unfortunately we live in a time when the radiant sun of Islamic rulings has set; knowledge has disappeared, blind imitation of “the west”, and ignorance in general, is widespread. At this time when un-Islamic concepts have crept into the Ummah and have been unconsciously embraced by a large number of Muslims, we realise that education plays a huge role in shaping the minds of the people and has become a dangerous tool in the wrong hands. Both in terms of education and socialization our culture has become one where parents do not parent. Instead of raising their children themselves they send them to school to be manufactured into adults. In reality, whether a child goes to school or is homeschooled, the parent must still be the primary educator. Through IVSchool, we aim, with the Help of Allah, to provide a safe learning environment and a curriculum based on the Quran and Sunnah, free from un-Islamic ideas and practices. With the online teachers, the load on the parents will be lightened but they will still be deeply involved in their children’s education and upbringing - Bi-ithnillah.
